Helping a utility company connect with real people. We brought Consumers Energy’s message to life through approachable, human-centered storytelling across video, digital, and print. I led creative from concept through execution, developing storyboards, directing shoots, designing digital and print assets, and delivering final materials. I also guided junior teams as we extended the campaign across platforms.

Part of the larger “Inspire to Save” initiative, the work boosted customer engagement and built trust in the brand. Consumers Energy helped over 37,000 households access free smart thermostats, projected to save millions in energy costs. The campaign earned multiple Emmys and became the most awarded in the company’s history.
