Oak Street wanted to break away from the category's typical tone, so we created a campaign full of humor, personality, and direct response messaging tailored to their audience. I led the creative from concept to completion, including storyboards, mockups, on-set art direction for video and photo shoots, graphics, editing, and final delivery.
Following the campaign, Oak Street Health saw strong revenue growth and a significant reduction in operating losses. The brand’s visibility and engagement improved as it continued expanding into new markets.
